The RBR V-TAPP Assault Panel was originally designed by RBR to provide law enforcement professionals with light duty assault protection in passive tactical environments where active threats are probable. When up-armored with (1) 10” x 12” Rifle Plate, this system provides the operator with NIJ Level III/IV protection at reduced weight, giving the Law Enforcement First Responder a means of protection to identify and close with a given threat.
