Paraclete RMV0019- (without Armor)

Same as the RMV0019 with the addition of hook and pile covered strapping that continues across the front center of the vest where the cummerbund attaching hook and pile is. Also there are an additional set of cutaway attachment points under the front top cover very close to the shoulder cutaway attachments. This is used to attach load bearing straps that run from some of the heavier loaded add on back panels, such as the 117E radio panel and the decon back panel. The strap run from the panel, over the shoulder and are attached to these additional cutaway points and will release if the vest is cutaway. The cutaway handle also has two additional cables that are used to lock these two additional points.
